Aaron Nazif – Partner & Catastrophic Injury Trial Lawyer

Aaron Nazif is a battle-tested trial attorney and co-founder of Better Call Sy, where he focuses (almost) exclusively on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Pennsylvania, Illinois, Missouri, and in Federal Court. Aaron handles the firm’s most complex and high-value matters — tractor-trailer crashes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, burn cases, industrial accidents, and other life-altering claims — from investigation through trial and appeal.

A former racer, mechanic, and crew chief with decades of hands-on experience in vehicle dynamics, crash causation, and mechanical failure analysis, Aaron brings rare technical depth to every case. He personally performs scene inspections, vehicle examinations, and works side-by-side with top accident reconstruction and biomechanical experts. This engineering-level insight — originally honed in motorcycle cases — now gives Better Call Sy clients a decisive edge in truck, car, motorcycle, and product defect injury litigation.

Before co-founding Better Call Sy, Aaron was a complex-litigation associate at Bailey & Glasser, LLP, representing plaintiffs in toxic tort and mass tort cases, catastrophic injury litigation, banking disputes, and even working directly under Forbes’ Top 100 lawyer Brian Glasser in several corporate cases and in courts nationwide.

Aaron began his career clerking for the Honorable Ronald D. Amrhein, Jr. in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas (Pennsylvania) and later served Pennsylvania Senior Judges Robert G. Yeatts, Christopher St. John, Michael J. Boyle, and Harry O. Knafelc.

He is a former Professor of Law and Dean of Students at Appalachian School of Law.
